As a first-generation college graduate born and raised in North Philadelphia, I am deeply committed to bringing my 10 years of nonprofit experience back to my beloved hometown. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in fundraising, donor management, and event planning—skills that are critical to advancing the missions of organizations dedicated to social impact.

My nonprofit journey began in AmeriCorps at a volunteer management organization in New York City, where I helped under-resourced students gain financial literacy. This experience ignited my passion for development and set me on the path to where I am today. Since then, I have planned high-impact volunteer projects with major corporate institutions such as Bank of America and Morgan Stanley, launched Junior Boards, and worked closely with Executive Directors and Boards of Directors. I have also led numerous successful fundraising campaigns, helping organizations secure the resources they need to thrive.

I firmly believe that no nonprofit can fulfill its mission without the financial support to sustain it. That understanding drives my work every day, pushing me to build meaningful relationships, craft strategic fundraising initiatives, and ensure that mission-driven organizations have the funding they need to create lasting change. My goal is not just to raise money—it’s to empower communities, invest in future leaders, and pave the way for sustainable impact.

I’m a community builder with a passion for advancing equity and opportunity in underserved communities. Over the past decade, I’ve designed and led nonprofit programs that create lasting change in education, workforce development, and organizational capacity building. I specialize in program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.

My journey began as a first-generation college student and AmeriCorps member, where I had the opportunity to serve my community by providing early literacy programming to preschool children. Since then, I’ve led volunteer-building efforts post-Superstorm Sandy in Brooklyn, created a network of community-based organizations in Western Queens, and managed a team of nine Site Managers to deliver quality volunteer support to early childhood centers across four boroughs of New York City.

I believe in the power of bringing people together to drive lasting change and building inclusive coalitions to make that change happen. From leading diverse teams to designing data-driven processes for scaling impact, my work reflects my passion for leaving the world better than I found it.
